You MUST read and agree to these conditions before you can enter Erotica By Joseph. Please read them carefully BEFORE subscribing!1. License Agreement between Erotica By Joseph and Licensee only. License is effective from the time you subscribe as a webmaster member or purchase a content from our libraries. 2. If you should cancel your membership you will be licensed to use the Erotica By Joseph material until your membership expires. 3. Once you have subscribed to Erotica By Joseph you will automatically be re billed for the next month. If you wish to cancel your membership please send an email to Joseph 4. All use of material must cease on expiration date of the license agreement or membership, unless prior arrangement has been made with Erotica By Joseph. 5. All unlicensed use of material will result in court action for breach of copyright, NO, IFS, BUTS OR MAYBES. 6. Erotica By Joseph content may only be used inside the supplied URL members "password protected" pay area. 7. Images can be re-sized to fit your needs e.g... thumbnails and image size, nothing else. Please leave them alone and do not alter in any way. 8. You may not make banners of any kind using images from Erotica By Joseph content. 9. Images can not be sold, copied or manipulated in any way. 10. EROTICA BY JOSEPH OWNS FULL COPYRIGHT AND MAINTAINS THE RIGHT TO SUSPEND OR TERMINATE LICENSE WITHOUT NOTICE IF LICENSE IS IN BREACH IN ANY WAY. 11. The named person agrees to notify Erotica By Joseph of the domain name and URL's where the content will be used. 12. Erotica By Joseph copyright must not be altered and must remain on the images. This fucking sucks I know, but in the last four years we have spent $40,000 on copyright lawsuits.
